To qualify for the money back guarantee, an email request must be sent to info@yorkshirecanineacademy.co.uk 

within 2 weeks of your final session.

The request must include evidence of the following:

1.      Food Motivation Step 1: Dog eating a full meal from a bowl. (video)
2.      Food Motivation Step 2: Dog eating a full meal from hand. (video)
3.      Food Motivation Step 3: Dog eating a full meal from hand in your garden. (video)
4.      Charging a Marker: Demonstration of the marker charging process. (video)
5.      Charging a Marker: Demonstration of the response to a charged marker. (video)
6.      Homework completion in environments with increasing levels of difficulty. (videos)
7. Play demonstration. (video)
8. Completion of each stage of E-Collar training. (videos)

As well as the above video evidence, in order to qualify for a refund, the client must have

:
1.      Completed at least 1 group zoom session per week over the course of the programme.
2.      Been an active member on the community page within the Academy.
3.      Communicated with the trainers via WhatsApp if they're having any problems.
4.      Have logged-into and shown evidence of learning via the Online Academy, Reactivity Remedy and E-Collar Course.
